NEAT Coffee Bar was the place to get work done — a great meeting, a better cup of coffee, and a seat at the table for whatever you were building next. Networking groups always welcomed and accommodated.
Exhibit A — The Counter
NEAT Coffee Bar was built as a flexible co-working environment for a wide variety of working professionals — the best place to do business, with the best coffee, of course. It sat directly in historic Downtown New Port Richey, a short walk from Main Street, and quickly became the spot where local agents, founders, and freelancers got their best work done over a well-pulled shot.
Members and walk-ins alike were welcome. So were the networking groups, the laptop crowd, and anyone who just wanted a quiet table and a good cup of coffee.
Exhibit B — What Made It Neat

Better productivity, and better business, started and ended with better coffee. If you loved great coffee, NEAT was the place.

A co-working space built for members and non-members alike — a place where anyone could do better business, on their own schedule.

Great service and real consistency, every time — the kind of atmosphere that made it easy to get things done.
Exhibit C — Walk Through It Again
For anyone who wants to take a walk down memory lane — a full 3D capture of the original space, exactly as it looked. Click and drag to look around, scroll to move through the room.
Exhibit D — Behind The Counter
Snapshots from open hours — the regulars, the rush, the mugs that spelled out the whole thing.
